How do I import Safari Bookmarks to Firefox 8.0.1 there is no "import" choice under "File" or "Bookmarks"?

I am using Lion version 10.7.2 , and am currently using Safari 5.1.2. I want to import my Safari bookmarks into Firefox 8.0.1. HOw do I do this?

You will see the import options in the bookmarks library once you have opened it by using organise all bookmarks. See also
