Yes, your internet service provider sees all of your connections.

For HTTP connections, your ISP sees every page/image/etc. address you retrieve.

For HTTPS connections, your ISP sees the site you contact, but not the specific addresses of pages on the site.

If you do not want your ISP to see the sites you visit, you need to use a VPN or something like Tor. Then your ISP only sees you connecting to the intermediary and not what the intermediary is fetching on your behalf.

I do not have any specific recommendations for reliable/trustworthy VPN services. There are many.
