win 7 x64, Firefox 10, Norton I.S. I ran a driver scanner yesterday and updated some old drivers. All seemed ok but today I opened FF 9 and found that I could do a search on any subject ok but when I clicked on the link nothing is returned. If I hover over the preview tags (>>) I can see the bottom address change when I go to different links but nothing is returned. If I click on a picture link then that sometimes works but text never does. Tried deleting and reloading /updating FF to latest. Removed all cookies apps etc. and gone back to restore point still same. IE and chrome ok. Now stuck.

This should have been a temporary problem: Google did some code changes on their site that broke search results in exactly this way for users who don't have cookies enabled. It should have been fixed by now.

Thanks, yes it now works ok. Had me fooled, I found that with multiple tabs open the later one started working but the earlier ones wouldnt so I tried closing down those that woulddnt. Probably a coincidence that the later tabs were opened after Google sorted the code. Ta again.
