I updated to 7.0.1 however facebook was not showing pictures etc. Not being the best computer geek I have made things worse going to firefoxs troublshooting to resetting localstore.rdf? I've lost alll my bookmarks..how do I get these back? Theres two problems now.. facebook crashes & I have lost my bookmarks?Please help!

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
I have the same problem. I followed the suggested link & I have found the file places.sqlite but when i click on it & am asked what program to open it & i try to use Firefox to open it, it wont open. help pls.
You do not need to open the file.
You need to (re)move all places.* (places.sqlite-journal and others) to force Firefox to rebuild the main places.sqlite database file.
