received text for winning firefox competition - is it real?
I received a text just a minute ago saying 'Good News! Your phone number has won 750,000 GBPounds in the Mozilla Firefox Phone No. Draw in the UK, To claim, email us only at: [email protected]' Is this a hoax?

This is known hoax as a similar earlier one was mentioned in http://blog.gerv.net/2011/08/hoax_mozilla_firefox_online_promo/
Just giving more information to help show it is not real.

Sorry, that is a hoax. Mozilla doesn't have any contest like that going on.

Please report misuse of the Firefox trademark in websites using the Mozilla's Violating Website Report page and in emails by forwarding them to Mozilla's abuse email.
