Except I am using NIS 2012, not Norton 360. Different product.

Did you read the post and not just the link?. If they have a update for 2011 then the 2012 should be up to date or have a update also.

From the link We have released a compatibility update to bring Firefox 6.0 support to Norton Internet Security 2011 and Norton 360 5.x.

The same sticky is posted in the Norton Internet Security / Norton AntiVirus section. http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/Update-Available-Firefox-6-0-Compatibility-Patch/td-p/512482

Yes I read your post and went to the link, the link is specific for NIS 2011 and Norton 360, neither of which I have. I have read further in the Norton forums and it appears there are some issues with Firefox 6.02 working with NIS 2012 and Identity Safe specifically.

There are no specific links for an update for 2012 and just because they have an update for 2011 does not mean that there is one available for NIS 2012, and as the Norton forums are stating there are some issues with the 2012 version and Firefox 6.02.
