Past day Firefox is not remembering to restore session/tabs. Box is checked to restore previous session.

Are you using custom settings for your history (or 'never remember history')? You may need to adjust your settings if so.
Also, should be obvious, but are you shutting down Firefox with the Exit button from the menu (or the Ctrl+Shift+Q shortcut)?
