Thunderbird 102.4.0 Unable to edit an address book contact created from Import csv

Contacts in the Thunderbird default address books (Personal, Collected) can be edited, but if I try to edit a contact from a book created from a csv Import, the edit button appears when the contact is selected, but there is no action.

This is what is logged in the Error Console: about:addressbook : Unable to run script because scripts are blocked internally. 3 Uncaught TypeError: fieldset.firstElementChild is null

Looked through bugzilla but didn't find anything.
