Is "No Container" a container in the Firefox Multi-Account Extension

I recently installed the Firefox Multi Account Containers extension. I am wondering if tabs opened in "No Container" are in their own container. If I open youtube.com in a container called Google, it cannot read cookies from the Shopping container, or any other container, but can it read the cookies in "No Container"? I would like to use the "No Container" as my default container, but if information can be shared between "No Container" and other containers, then I'll have to recreate the Personal Container, and never use the "No Container" option.
