password issue
I need help with my passwords, i cant access any of my email accounts as its asking for the password every time i press 'get messages'. Unfortunately the email accounts were set up many years ago by a chap that built our websites and he now lives in Australia so cant be contacted. So we are left with live emails that we cant access as we don't have the original password. When i go to change password in the privacy settings it sends a verification code to the email which we cant open ?? So we are really stuck, any ideas?

There is nothing you can do about it in Thunderbird. Who is managing your domain's hosting account? You could reach out to them and see if they can help you regain admin access to the account.
