Suddenly today, without having made any updates or changes to the configuration, I can no longer send emails from my Alice account. Receiving emails works properly. When I try to send the email, the following message appears: Finestra-di-errore

Sending emails from gmail accounts works. Sending direct mail from alice webmail works. Additional information: - TIM e-mail supplier (Alice mail) - Fasweb internet service provider - Thunderbird 68.5.0 release (32 bit) - S.O. Windows 10 Home vers. 1909 regularly updated - Windows defender antivirus I have already tried to disable the firewall, but the problem persists.

I don't speak the language of your attachment but one phrase doesn't need translation: "blacklisted IP address". It looks like you have inherited an IP address that was previously used by a spammer. Do you know how to get a different IP address from your ISP?
