In the "Favourite Folders - Compact View", the folders do not update the unread count until I click the folder. In the "All Folders" view, I always see the correct unread count, so it's not an issue with the "Get Messages".

Example: A folder "Inbox/Subfolder/TheBox" shows up as "TheBox (2)" in bold in the "All folders" tree view, yet when I switch to "Favourite Folders - Compact View", the folder shows as "TheBox" in normal font. When I click on the Folder, it immediately switches to show "TheBox (2)" in bold. Always happens, and on all my favourite folders (15 at the moment). Cannot be reproduced by marking mails as unread in the tree view, only happens with new incoming mails.

Using 60.4.0 (32-bit) on Windows 10 (64-bit).

I can't say why the Favorite folders don't update the unread count next to the folder name, but does the unread number appear in the folder pane columns if you enable Unread? View/Layout/Folder Pane Columns, right-click any column button to display Size, Unread, Total.
