how to get preview of a link in gui
when i click a link it directly downloads but i need a preview of the page attached to the clicked link before going for download.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.
There used to be such an add-on.

"Preview in Firefox : Select this if you want Firefox to display the content. It's only applicable to a limited number of types, those that Firefox is able to decode such as Portable Document Format (PDF). "
