We have, or are using the most current updates and yet, the Firefox Browser is constantly asking to update our existing plugins. Is this a problem? I.E. : When we go to install the "outdated plug-In" the installer says we have the most current version, do you want to install the older version, or overwrite the existing version?, (Naturally we so "NO").

When I look at your plugin list (More System Details) two jump out at me:
(1) Adobe Acrobat Plugin
You have Adobe Reader X or Adobe Acrobat X and your plugin is up-to-date for that version, but for Windows, the plugin checker site always prefers the newer plugin supplied with Adobe Reader XI or Adobe Acrobat XI. Last time I checked, the site did not support keeping multiple "current" versions for the same operating system family. Maybe that will change in the future.
(2) Java(TM) Platform SE 7 U67
Java 7 has been superseded by Java 8. Oracle was rolling out Java 8 slowly, but like Acrobat, the plugin checker only considers Java 8 to be current now.
Does that cover the ones the site is flagging up for you?
