We have multiple computers with email access, why dont the emails sync?
When one computer responds or deletes a message, it does not show that any action has been taken on another computer. How can I fix this?

Your account needs to be setup as IMAP on both computers.

Thank you so much for this information! I went into my setting to adjust but could not find anything. Should I be looking under any section in particular?
To see whether your account uses IMAP or POP, check the Server Settings page in the Account Settings: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/imap-synchronization#w_about-imap
