How can I stop that words in a "transferred" e-mail are no longer separated and therefore difficult to read?
When I transfer an e-mail received to another e-mail address, the text of transferred mail often is difficult to read because some of the words are no longer separated. My provider says: change the browser from Firefox to Safari or Google. And this works. However, I would like to continue using Firefox.

Hello srtexas-swiss,
try to Update Firefox to the latest version, and check it again, the 3.6.16 version is too old, vulnerable and unsupported also.

thank you
the updating of Firefox did not solve the problem. I contacted my provider bluewin.ch and they asked whether I used HTML and if so I should deactivate it. After I did this the problem of non-separated words disappeared. While I prefer to send e-mails in HTML as it offers more possibilities, I will in future eliminate automatic HTLM and use it selectively only. However, I would have preferred to keep it on automatic and if anybody has any suggestions how this is possible, I would appreciate hearing from him or her. Thanks.
Such issues can be caused by a font that isn't working properly.
Are you sure that the receiver of the mail has this issue and that it isn't only happening to you?
If you send HTML then white and other font properties are rendered differently that with sending plain text.
You can do a check for corrupted and duplicate fonts and other font issues:
