I get the following message when I log into an interactive website I use frequently. It began with Java Update 10 or so and continues. Is this issue resoved yet?

"The version of Java you are running has been known to cause stability problems with Firefox. That issue has been reported to Oracle

In the meantime, you'll need to either Use another web browser such as Chrome or Internet Explorer OR Download Java."

Soluție aleasă

Java is insecure, period. This has nothing to do with your browser, just Java is horribly designed and is insecure. If you aren't going to be using it, uninstall it. If you absolutely need it, then only enable it when needed.
