Outgoing server times out
The settings on my desktop are the same as my phone and client. I've sent out many emails prior, hut now I cannot send at all from Thunderbird.
No changes in computer except no emails are being sent out, from any account.

Did you really adjust / change / reinstall / update nothing between "prior" and "now"? If any change, what?

No changes, no updates. Outgoing server info is correct, emails with same server info works fine on phone, etc.... Frustrating

Does the problem go away?
I ran Thunderbird as administrator and that seemed to work today. I can't tell if that is the solution or not.
