TB will not get emails from frontier.com everything ok on their end.
keeps timing out when trying to connect to frontier.com, frontier support says everything looks correct for connections, they said to ask you.

What is the exact error message?
Can you send messages via Frontier?
Did you go through the troubleshooting steps at https://support.mozilla.org/kb/cannot-receive-messages ?
If you have the correct settings (incoming POP server pop3.frontier.com on port 995, SSL/TLS, normal password authentication, User name = full email address), it could be that you haven't entered an app-specific password for the 'normal password'.
