Profile map has been deleted and is gone. Thunderbird does not start, I have a profile folder from another computer. How do I do it to make it work?

What is a 'Profile map'? Profile folder? And why has it been deleted?

Thunderbird does not start

Presumably there is some sort of error. Care to mention what that is? A screenshot would also do. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem
