Hello there,

We have a situation with the Mozilla Thunderbird software , as one of our unaware colleagues sent a newsletter through one of the email addresses we work with. We are using Thunderbird to communicate with our clients as a travel agency, so its quite crucial for us to get our emails .
Obviously we got banned from using the software, but I want to know if there is any chance we can reach someone who can unban our IP.

Thanks alot!

Do not place spaces before your text. It makes it hard to read.

Thunderbird is email client software running on your computer. It has no capability to ban anything. Contact whoever banned you or talk to your provider.
