Please check out this thread from the other day and see whether anything in there helps: Flash doesn't work in Firefox 13.
Maybe you need to check the firewall to make sure that the Flash plugin isn't blocked.
Flash 11.3 may use a direct connection and not access via the browser (plugin-container).

Add the following line to your mms.cfg file located in:
- Windows 32bit: C:\windows\system32\macromed\flash
- Windows 64bit: C:\windows\syswow64\macromed\flash
ProtectedMode=0
You can use softwares like Notepad or else.

I Uninstall RealPlayer and it all works now.
I had the same problem, tried to uninstall real player when I came across another program I had installed some time ago called real alternative or something like that.
I uninstalled the "real alternative" and all my flash material came to life again!!!
THANKS AGAIN
The same thing happened to me! It happened when i installed the latest update to Adobe Flash Player(11.3.300.257). So i uninstalled and reinstalled Version 11.2.202.228 and now all my videos play again!
Uninstalling RealPlayer worked for me too. Thanks for the suggestion!
