How do I uninstall or remove DownloadHelper?

Click the firefox button in the top left corner of your screen, then click "Addons" At the addons screen find Download Helper and click "Uninstall".

Thank you. I am on Mac, but figured it out. I found add-on under the "tools" button and then was able to remove it.
