I clicked on the FF feature "full page" and now I cannot get the toolbar. How do I escape from the "full page" or "full window" feature?

F11 switches the Full Screen mode on and off. Also, if you move the cursor to the top of the window some toolbars should appear and if you right-click on a blank part of a toolbar you should see a menu item for Exit Full Screen mode.
