Lost Bookmarks and saved passwords
hi
i had my all data saved in my firefox online account , now i logged in on my new laptop , i logged in with my id but i cant find my bookmarks passwords , extensions etc . please help

Hi! Have you tried checking Firefox sync? Click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner, select "Sign in to Sync" (or "Firefox Account" if you're already signed in), then enter your credentials and try signing in to see if you can access from there
Did you possibly reset the password for the Sync account because you forgot this password?
If you reset the password for the Mozilla account because you do not remember this password, then that will remove all data stored on the Sync server because this password is used to encrypt your data locally before it is uploaded to the Sync server and only this password or a possible recovery key you created earlier can decrypt this data.
yes i did forgot and reset my password and i didnt knew this before that all my data will be erased , i find that out after :(( . now there is no way to get my passwords back ? :(
I'm afraid not unless you have them on another device that is connected to this Sync account.
Don't you still have access to the old device or to its hard drive ?
