Unable to connect
Hello. My email hosting service, UK2.net, has changed it's servers. I've tried entering the new log in information to retrieve my emails according to the new IMAP details. I can't make the connection work. The mail servers don't seem to be recognised. I've included a screenshot of the connection page. Can anyone help? Paul.

try entering your full email address, not just Paul.

I think part of the problem might be I don't know which authentication method to use?
Have you tried it with the full email id? It may resolve itself.
Yes tried that. No luck.
What are the specific details that UK2.net gave you? I have used self-hosted email in the past and have found that the provided details are sometimes incorrect.
