I'm trying to move back to Firefox from Pale Moon. I've exported my logins/passwords file from Pale Moon, as an XML file. However, I cannot figure out how to import that data into Firefox - Import from another browser doesn't include Pale Moon, and I have no Import from a File option that I can find.

I also saved back the files key3.db and logins.json from Pale Moon, but I cannot find their locations in FFX, so I'm guessing it doesn't use those files any more?

Any help on how I can import my Pale Moon saved passwords to Firefox is appreciated!

Current Firefox versions use logins.json and key4.db. I don't think that current Firefox releases still have support for key3.db, so you can install a Firefox 68 (ESR) release and place logins.json and key3.db in the profile folder (make sure to remove key4.db when present).

Then you can use the logins.json and key4.db once the migration to key4.db has been done.

Firefox only can import a CSV file, so you would have to convert the XML file to a CSV file.
