how do i transfer contacts to phone

My contacts are on file viewer in laptop i bought new LG stylas 5 android phone i need my contacts in phone how do i do it please?

Hi

If you just have your contacts in a file on your device, you may have to type them in manually to the contacts app on your new device.

Your local phone shop should be able to help you with this.
