Fraudulent account
I sent a message about 4 hours ago stating that I thought someone had fraudulently created an account with my information. I had to create a new password to report the problem. I have now received another email saying changes have been made to my account!!!! I want this account shut down immediately!!! It is not me!!! Please help!!!

Once you changed your password, that instigated an email letting you know that your password was changed. Perhaps that's the email your received, in which case, you have taken control of the account. If you were able to change the password and get a notification, chances are that you created the account in the past, but just never needed it until now.
