Pdf files is not opening, after downloading the file with my phone Samsung S9 plus.

After downloading the file from here https://www.knvb.nl/downloads/bestand/20273/indelingen-1e-klasse-standaard-2019-20

With Samsung Internet browser is working fine and opening well.

Can you fix this problem please

YesI have Pdf Reader on my phone.

On my computer it works when I de-install and install again the pdf-reader.
