It takes minutes to just load FFv61. Try to go to a website and it's minutes again for each page. All this time the processor is running 100%. I am using an HP machine with an I7-4th gen processor, 8 Gig RAM and a TB of hard drive, and running Win 8.1. From what I have seen, this is not a slouch of a machine. For your information, I am running a network with over 400 Mbit measure performance.

As soon as the update to FF Quantum was loaded, the CPU went to 100% and everything else almost stopped. It takes less time to scan my HDD than to load a couple of web pages. Now, I do not want to seem petty, but I have donated hundreds of dollars to the foundation and I can not get an answer to an email.
