Hello,

FireFox 58 was fine :-) My default "custom url" home page as many pages with "pipes" to open in ~12 tabs. After upgrading FireFox it just deletes this long line.

Why? Any option to restore it?

Thank you!

The "jump" from Fx 58 to 61 may have had something to do with that (what your title to this thread mentioned). There were changes made to Firefox 59 and 60 with regards to the Homepage and the New Tab page, which now (in 61) display basically the same information. If you open Help > About Firefox and Firefox 61 updates to the latest Firefox 62 version does that help you at all?

Also the ""pipes" to open in ~12 tabs" thing has me thrown! Those aren't "bookmarks" necessarily, they are URL's for web pages that could also be bookmarked web pages but don't have to be. If they are gone, aren't you able to replicate them? That data isn't backup anywhere in Firefox, so if it is gone there is little to do but re-do those URL's.

Hi

Updating to 62 won't help as these home page URLs just vanished... I wonder if anybody else complained as well on this...

You didn't clarify the "pipes" which are used in the Homepages setting in about:preferences#home - which could be bookmarked websites, but don't have to be.
