I am facing issue while connecting to tokbox

We are using Firefox 56 and 57 and in both the version , we are getting the below error -

We were not getting any error till yesterday, all of sudden our application is getting hit , and streaming is not happening . we really need help to fix the issue. I have checked on google but could not get the fix till now , please provide help on this,

and also if you know the google extension to be used for the screen sharing / desktop sharing , as currently streaming is happening on google chrome but not of Mozilla firefox.

Hi, sorry but we are unable to help you with Tokbox connectivity issues. If the error turned up suddenly, and it is happening in FF 56 and 57, then it is most likely an issue with your network or with Tokbox - as FF 56 has been out for a while now and hasn't changed.

I would suggest you contact Tokbox support for help https://support.tokbox.com/hc/en-us
