Getting following block... Your message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:

Note: To protect against computer viruses, email programs may prevent you from sending or receiving certain types of file attachments. Check your email security settings to determine how attachments are handled.

When you send an attachment this way, Microsoft adds a default body as you describe and also a subject like "Emailing: <filename> You can both change the subject and the body of the message to your liking, and you can also add more attachments in one of the following ways:

  • Drag & drop them to the attachment bucket (top tight corner of the compose window);
  • Right click the attachment bucket and select Attach file(s);
  • Click the Attachment icon (paperclip) and choose File(s);
  • Choose from the menu File > Attachment > File(s) (Ctrl+Shift+A).

Thanks...now have the problem half solved...I've done that so now I have 3 files to send with e -mail (2 word and one excel), but they still can't be sent I'm guessing that there is some security issue...would it apply to all file attachments to be sent and how do I sort it please.
