I have not logged into my emails in about a month due to holidays and death in the family. Today I get this Message: The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server pop-server.satx.rr.com responded: no such message. what does this mean and what do I do. There are over 400 messages to download.

Next question--if you suggest a solution and the problem is receiving emails--how will you contact me? My phone number is 210-875-6294. Thank you.

Please add the troubleshooting information to your post To find the Troubleshooting information:

  • Open Help (or click on three-line-icon and select Help)
  • Choose Troubleshooting Information
