I cannot mail as the "Send" is not selectable?
Neither the "send" or "ABC" button is highlighted so cannot be selected? What must I do to fix this?

First send is not active unless you select a to address If you select plain text as delivery format, there will be no HTML-alternatives like ABC. ( Option / Delivery format )
