What Extension is it and from where?

The https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/ is for desktop Firefox so they will not work on Android Firefox unless that version was made to work on both.

The Android Firefox Extensions are at https://addons.mozilla.org/android/ as you can change the application in "other Applications" drop menu on top.
