I don't think Malwarebytes would cause the problem. Please state the exact error message and exactly what you are doing when it occurs. Start Windows in safe mode with networking and run TB.

Select Help/Troubleshooting Information, click 'Copy text to clipboard', then paste it in a Reply box here (you can omit font, printer details).
