Help with installation?
I have been unable to use the app Firefox for Android on my Nook HD recently, although I have been able to in the past. This problem has persisted for at least the past week. Whenever I click on the app's icon, it tries to open the Nook shop, and then says that the Nook shop has stopped responding. When I open up the app's page in the Google Play store, it says that the app is not installed on my device. So I click "Install", and it downloads fine, but gives an error message once it starts the actual install. Please help me fix this problem and to continue on enjoying your app.
Thanks in advance! -Quinton

Ok, I just did a factory reset and then was able to install it.

What's the specific error message you receive?
It just says "Error: Incompatible update", but I haven't updated anything. The software version hasn't changed on my Nook at all, it is still software version 2.1.0.
And I can't uninstall and reinstall the app either. Whenever you hold your finger on an app in the apps section, four options usually come up: Add to Home, Add to Shelf, Assign to Profiles, and Uninstall. However, only the first three options appear when I hold my finger on the Firefox app.
