password reset doesn't work
My user name at support.mozilla.org is "Cornan". My email address is "[email protected]"
I have tried repeatedly to reset my password (which I had not forgotten, but my account may have been created in 2010, and may be affected by the mysterious un-named logon problem mentioned at support.mozilla.org).
When I tried to "re-activate" my account I DID receive the "already activated" message, but after 5+ attempts I have NOT received the "password reset" message at the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS.
I can't re-register my user because (of course) it is already in use, as is my normal email address (which I've had for 15+ years).
SOMEBODY please help me reset my account at support.mozilla.org

You can post a request in the contributors forum if you want to change the username or email.
Add [ATTN: Admin] in front of the subject title to get the attention of a forum Administrator.
