what do "altcommand" and "cntrlcommand" mean, as found on page http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/keyboard%20shortcuts?
I'm familiar with the fact that the Apple "command" key is often functionally equivalent to the "control" key on a PC. However, I cannot figure out whether "ctrlcommand" is means "control or command" or just "control" (for the PC), and I have no idea whether altcommand is meant to mean "alt plus command", "alt or command", or just "alt". -grc

You get that if "Show For" isn't working, either because you blocked JavaScript or you copy and paste text. Then you see the text for Windows and Mac.
