I lost my bookmarks folder & I do not know how to restore it.

I lost my bookmarks folder when I accidentally press the default settings. I can't open my email too because my email address is listed in the bookmarks too.

Exactly where did you select the "default settings"?
Where you in the Firefox SafeMode when you made that selection?
