how can I get my email address book from thunderbird and send emails,pics.docs from wireless conn?

I have Mozilla Thunderbird on my dial-up service (localnet.com) at home. I am now on the road with a laptop and wireless connection at a hotel. How can I send email,pics, and doc.s ? Localnet tech support couldn't help, but the told me to download Firefox. Here I am.

I don't know what Localnet tech support was thinking, but I can't see how Firefox is going to solve your dilemma. Does Localnet offer a webmail interface, where you can send and receive email from within a web browser? Web browsers and email clients use entirely different protocols for connecting and transferring data.

As far as your address book being in Thunderbird on your PC at home, Firefox doesn't have any way of connecting with Thunderbird on your home PC and retrieving that data; plus Firefox doesn't even have an address book, that data would be stored by the web mail portal's software for your use.

I can't think of a solution now that you are away from your home PC that has Thunderbird and your address book, this situation should have been solved before leaving home. Maybe someone at the Thunderbird support forum might have an idea or solution.
