I subscribe to the Arsenal TV website. Until yesterday I had no problem accessing the site using Firefox. Now I cannot log onto the site and get an error message which says my browser is called 'Mozilla' not 'Firefox', and is not a supported browser. I can access the site using Internet Explorer but would rather not be forced to use this. I can also access the site using Firefox installed on my friend's computer. Help!

Use SSL test and UserAgent String test

It would also be worth clearing your browser cache, and checking the computers date and time is correct.

You should pass the test above, or get results required to fix things, and I imagine your User agent string will be similar to mine as an XP user whilst using v3.6.13 : "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13"

Your other course of action is to compare settings with your friends firefox that does work. When troubleshooting employ Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode but do not initially make changes inthe first window that you see, just hit the "continue" button.
