Qyestionable pop-ups?
I keep getting pop-ups in the right lower corner from "mozilla firefox" (not sure if they are legit). They will say: "zeus.2020 trojan detected" or "virus detected" or "system is infected", etc. All have "Mozilla Firefox" in the upper left of the pop-up, and "via rgfirewall.xyz" at the bottom. Is this truly legit, or is it just a nuisance? I've just been closing them with the x or dismiss buttons.

It's a spam from this website. You can turn it off in menu ≡ -> Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Permissions -> Notifications.

It sounds like as said you are getting Web Push Notifications from sites you have allowed to send you notifications from. Unfortunately some may instead send you junk, spam, or fake virus alerts and such instead of useful things.
You do also have the option of revoking sites to not get notifications from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/push-notifications-firefox#w_how-do-i-revoke-web-push-permissions-for-a-specific-site
Thanks both of you. I followed the steps from TyDraniu, and all is good!
