I'm not a Robot
The problem is that every time I try to do a search it makes me prove I'm not a robot. There is a message : "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?"
When I click on "Why did this happen" I get this:
"This page appears when Google automatically detects requests coming from your computer network which appear to be in violation of the Terms of Service. The block will expire shortly after those requests stop. In the meantime, solving the above CAPTCHA will let you continue to use our services.
This traffic may have been sent by malicious software, a browser plug-in, or a script that sends automated requests. If you share your network connection, ask your administrator for help — a different computer using the same IP address may be responsible. Learn more
Sometimes you may be asked to solve the CAPTCHA if you are using advanced terms that robots are known to use, or sending requests very quickly. "
This is happens on my Lap Top PC, I only have it on once in a while, I usually use my desktop and no problems with it. I have done all the recommended things, like clearing cache, delete all cookies, used Troubleshoot mode, did a install refresh, etc . All with no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am running Mozilla VPN. I just changed the exit location and the problem went away. I then changed the exit location back to the original and the problem returned. Not sure whats going on but this worked for me. If I have more problems I'll do another post.
What URL are you using to do the search?
What exit node where you using when it went wrong and what exit node(s) made it work ? Note that you may have older cookies that are causing confusion/issues as your IP and reported location changes.
