This week, I started noticing people aren't getting my emails. I changed nothing that I know of in Thunderbird to create a propblem. I'm using Thunderbird 91.9.1 (32-bit). My outgoing smtp settings are:

Server Name - smtp.comcast.net Port - 465 Connection secrity - SSL/TLS Authentication method - normal password user name - [email protected]

The meesages I create go into my "sent" folder, but do not arrive at their destination. I did try a 'test' message to myself at the comcast address, and it comes to my inbox. But gmail and other addresses are not going through. I called Comcast and verified the port 465 as correct, and they had me try 587 which didn't work either. I log onto Comcast in my browser, and I can send email from there as a work-around. Can you help? thanks,

The fact that you are able to send to yourself indicates that the email is being sent to the internet. When you send a gmail message to yourself, do you receive it back?
