I have three emails: (1) gmail.com OK. (2)(3) Two iMap accounts with Hover. When I delete either from the In Box, they are set up to go to Trash. But they don't; they just disappear from my PC. Hover says that they see them; so Hover says it's my configuration problem. But the correct box is set. Any ideas? Thanks, Eddie

I got no response to this question. I discover that it is going to the top TRASH, but not to the underlying emails. It goes to TRASH, not to email 2. It can be moved to email 2 but it should show up there first.

What going on?

TRASH

  email 1
  email 2
  email 3

I assume you mean this discussion https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1334274 where you did get replies.

So I am guessing the trash folder is not set correctly, either in the account settings or is not subscribed in subscribed folders.

Thank you for your reply. My email provider helped me with some configuration items. The deleted emails was going into the top TRASH folder but not the individual email folders under TRASH. Why would this happen? The fix was to do a repair of the email folder. I would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks again, Eddie
