I have given up with Firefox Developer Edition for now after 4 days of not working and then one day of working it went back to not working. It has now been a week of it not be able to start, it continues to say suspended in Task Manager and then just dies with no Firefox crash report.

So have gone to using Chrome for the time being, I will wait for the next release and see if that fixes the issue.

What do you mean by not working?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I went through this before in a question and nothing that was tried solved the issue.

I open up Task Manager and watch Background Processes, I start Firefox Developer Edition, I see 2 instances of Firefox come up then the word suspended appears against the top item and then it dies and Firefox does not start.

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
