Hi All,

Hope everyone is well.

I have a work email configured in Thunderbird (Vers: 68.10.0 (32-bit)) and I am not seeing the emails in my inbox, I am not sure what has happened.

  • I see emails as unread in my inbox via my mail client on my mobile.
  • Via Thunderbird, when searching for the emails in the master search bar I can see the emails are located in my inbox. Although the same email does not show when searching in the quick filter search.
  • I can send messages to the recipient OK and even reply to messages if I search (via master search) and then reply.
  • The emails are not in archive or junk and I have not set any filters for this recipient.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
